Leinné design

Leinné designs may be purchased exclusively in Leinné stores and on the Leinné website.

All of our designs are created by hand by our artisans, according to very strict quality criteria, and due to the high number of requests for these objects, it is possible that the design you are seeking is not available. We invite you to contact our sales consultants, who will be able to help you, or Customer Service at “Contact us” page.

Each Leinné store is free to choose their own assortment.

The Leinné.com site offers a selection of products that updates the availability per week or month. As our offering is constantly being updated, we invite you to check back regularly.

You may search our site by entering your request in the "search an item" field located at the top left of your screen. Our Customer Service department is at your disposal to assist you in your search, by ways in the "Contact us" page.

The only way to guarantee the authenticity of an Leinné design is by making your purchase through our official website Leinne.com, at an Leinn é store or through an authorized distributor.

An original invoice is created at the time of purchase for both online and in-store purchases. We cannot guarantee nor verify the authenticity of an item purchased outside of an official Leinné point of sale.

To create a customized object, begin by providing us with a detailed explanation of what you would like. We will respond within a month with an agreement in principle, an estimate and waiting period. Our team of designers will design this unique object for you.

To order a customized object, please send us an email with your contact information via the “Contact us” page. 

You may also visit one of our stores, where one of our sales consultants will help you and answer any questions you may have.

We will be pleased to provide a price estimate for your customized object within one month, in addition to the waiting period to receive the item, once you have explained in detail your dream object or idea.

Leinné services & guide

Leinné support you thoughout the product life. Leinné Spa service includes: cleaning, ironing to reshape the product, replace old details.

 

After a period of use, if the product needs care and recovery, you can take it directly to Leinné Apartment. After completing the spa process, Leinné Customer Service will contact and return the renewed product to you.

You can also request a product spa here. Fill out the required information about product status. After review, Leinné Staff will contact you to make the best suggestion for your product recovery together with the price of the service and shipping charges. After the customer agrees and completes the payment, the carrier will contact to retrieve the product and send it to Leinné Apartment. Renewed products will be  returned to customers after we complete the spa process.
