Refund policy

Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 15 days from the date of placing the Order. Leinné may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days we will cancel your Order.

If a Customer’s return complies with the accepted conditions to restock, Leinné will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the Customer’s credit card or Paypal account no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item by Leinné Apartment or Leinné Paris Studio. 

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender for standard cases, or can be in store credits, according to your choice.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
