1. What is The Leinné Loyalty Program?

Leinné Loyalty Program is our exclusive rewards designed to treat you with fabulous rewards

You earn points every time you shop in-store or online.

You will earn one point for every 1,000,000VND/$42/€38 spent on qualifying purchase. The points can be redeemed for our Year-End Gift Basket.

2. How do I join the Loyalty Program? 

You can join Leinné’s Loyalty Program by purchasing the membership package on the website or contact our sales representative.

3. How can I use the vouchers and free shipping of my membership?

Once you purchase your membership, you will receive an email with the unique voucher codes associated with your email and personal information for your usage only.

On leinne.com: The vouchers can be used online by applying the codes at check out.

In Leinné Space Galerie Mode: you can contact our sales representative to use the vouchers. Make sure to use your own social media and provide proof of purchase to our sales representatives so that they know you are the one using the vouchers in this case.

4. How do I Earn Points for Leinné Loyalty Program?

You will earn 1 Curator Point for every 1,000,000VND/$42/€38 spent online and in stores. You will not earn points on the value of any shipping, tax, duty or associated fees.

Earned Points will show as pending in your dashboard within 24 hours of placing your order. Points are only awarded on completed purchases, points are confirmed after 30 days, minus the value of points for any returned items. Please note, you will not earn Points on purchases of gift cards.

5. What can I do with my Points?

The Points allow you to be qualified for the Year-End gift baskets of Leinné Loyalty Program.At different point levels you will be offered different gift basket rewards.

6. What if I don't want to claim my gift basket reward this year and reserve my points for a higher level of gift baskets next year?

Yes, you can. However, you have to make sure your membership is auto-renew and not discontinued from now till the next 24th November.

If your membership has expired before and you have a discontinued period before purchasing a new membership package, your points will only be accumulated from the date you activate your new package.

7. How can I renew my membership package?

Make sure you turn on the auto-renew button on your membership account.

You will receive an auto-reminder before your membership expires via email with a link to purchase a new package.

8. How do I track my points and level status

You can check your account status by visiting your account online at leinne.com or contact us via cr@leinne.com where you can track your current points, level and available benefits. 

9. What happens to my Points if I cancel an order?

If your order is cancelled, your pending Points for that order will not be confirmed.

10. How do I use my available level benefits?

You can see your available level benefits directly in your My Account area.

You are also able to use your available level benefits in the shopping bag and at the checkout. There you will see which available benefits can be used; these will be applied to your order when you click ‘apply’.

Please make sure you are opted in to receive emails about Leinné Loyalty Program to receive updates and information about your level benefits. You can update your preferences here.

11. Can I transfer my rewards to other members?

You cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of your account.

12. What is the Year-end gift baskets and how to qualify for this?

Please read the Year-end gift baskets for more information.

13. My points can be exchanged for a year-end gift basket if my membership expires before the maturity date of 24th November yearly?

In case your membership expires before 24th November, you have to renew your membership to be qualified for the year-end gift basket.

The year-end gift basket is for current members only.

If your membership has expired before and you have a discontinued period before purchasing a new membership package, your points will only be accumulated from the date you activate your new package.

14. How can I cancel or exchange my membership package? 

No refund after the purchase of the package.

If you would like to change your package, you have to purchase a new one.

15. If my membership is auto-renewed and I would like to cancel the package, what can I do?

We would likely inform you a few days before the renewal of your package. If you forgot to turn off the auto-renew button and you were charged for a new one, you have to contact us within 1 week of the renewal date of your membership to be eligible for a refund. 

Your new vouchers/benefits must be unused.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By accepting or using Leinné Loyalty Membership, you agree to accept and be bound by all terms and conditions herein.

2. All benefits offered by Leinné Loyalty Membership are not applicable with other prevailing special offers, promotions, discounts, cashback, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.

3. All e-Vouchers CANNOT be combined and used in the same visit.

4. All benefits offered by Leinné Loyalty Membership that are assigned with an expiry should be utilized within the expiry date stated and no extension and refund will be allowed, unless otherwise stated.

5. Leinné Loyalty Membership reserves the right to decline any usage of Membership for any reasons deemed as appropriate by management.

6. The Member agrees that all information submitted during the application of this Membership is accurate and true.

7. Leinné Loyalty Membership is strictly non-transferable.

8. Leinné Loyalty Membership shall not be responsible for any unauthorized usage of the Membership.

9. Leinné Loyalty Membership reserves all rights to amend or withdraw all or any part of the benefits or privileges conferred by the use of the Membership at any time, at our sole discretion.

10. Leinné Loyalty Membership reserved the final decision and right to change the T&C without prior notice.

11. By joining Leinné Loyalty Membership, Members voluntarily consent to provide personal data to Leinné, Leinné will be collecting and using the data for marketing purposes.
