1. What is The Leinné Loyalty Program?

Leinné Loyalty Program is our exclusive rewards designed to treat women like you with fabulous rewards. Membership is complementary and you earn points every time you shop in store or online to move up through the levels of the programme.

2. How do I join Loyalty Program?

You can join Leinné’s Loyalty Program by creating an account with us and make your first purchase. You can create your account here.

Our Sales Department is always with you on your way and continuous update your points. They contacts you via your email for any purposes related to this program.

3. How do I Earn Points for Leinné Loyalty Program?

You will earn 1 Curator Point for every 1,000,000VND/$44/€43 spent online and in stores. 

Points are only awarded on completed purchases, points are confirmed after 30 days, minus the value of points for any returned items. Please note, you will not earn Points on purchases of gift cards.

4. What can I do with my Points?

The Points allow you to graduate through the levels of Leinné Loyalty Program. The higher your level, the more rewards you will receive. At different point levels you will be offered rewards that can be used in conjunction with a purchase in store and at leinne.com. 

5. How do I track my points and level status

You can check your account status by visiting your account online at leinne.com or email us via sales@leinne.com where you can track your current points, level and available benefits. 

6. What happen to my Points if I cancel an order?

If you order is cancelled, your pending points for that order will not be confirmed.

7. When do my Points expire?

Points are valid for 12 months after they have been confirmed. 

8. How long wilI I stay in my level?

Your level expires 12 months from the date of your upgrade. During 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn enough points to remain in the level for another year, or even move up a level.

If you move up a level within that 12 months, your level expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you entered the new level.

9. Why have I been upgraded by a level?

When your level upgrades this means you have earned enough points in the last 12 months to qualify for the next level.

10. Why has my level been downgraded?

Your level for the next 12 months depends on the number of points you have earned by the date of your level expiry. If you’ve moved down by a level, it’s because you haven’t met the qualifying Points total by your level expiry date.

11. Is it possible for me to lose points?

All points will disappear if you remove any profile information you already earned points for.

12. How do I use my available level benefits?

The information of your level benefits are saved at Leinné Sales Apartment. We will send you emails whenever you have change on your level and let you know which benefits you are having, together with your rewards code. Please make sure you are opted in to receive emails about Leinné Loyalty Program to receive updates and information about your level benefits.

You are also able to use your reward codes in the shopping bag and at the checkout. There you will see which available benefits can be used; these will be applied to your order when you click ‘apply’.

13. Can I transfer my points or rewards to another members?

You cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else in the program.
